The acquisition is part of Regolith's strategy to expand its footprint into AI. Ntersect's AI-native approach to network observability — and the platform work behind Nterval and Ntrospect — made the two companies a natural fit.
What changes for you
In a word: nothing. Ntersect continues to operate under its existing brand, with the same team, the same products, and the same roadmap. Nterval and Ntrospect development continues as before, the customer portal and licensing are unaffected, and your points of contact remain the same.
What this means going forward
