Client agents collect host metrics, application telemetry, and (on user endpoints) synthetic test results. Install commands are generated per-OS under Settings → Agent Config → Client Agent, pre-filled with your organization key and server address.
Manual install
Pick the Linux, Windows, or macOS tab and run the displayed command on the target host. Each tab also lists the service start/stop commands and the uninstall procedure for that platform.
Mass deployment
The Windows tab includes a silent install command suitable for SCCM, GPO startup scripts, or Intune. Installing with /TYPE=user on end-user machines also installs the Endpoint Monitor, which runs synthetic tests and reports WiFi signal, SSID, and gateway latency — the data behind the User Experience views.
You can also push agents remotely from the platform itself: from discovery results or a device page, choose Deploy Agent and supply SSH (Linux) or SSH/WinRM (Windows) credentials. Credentials are encrypted per-organization and reusable for batch deployments.
Collector types
Each agent runs a profile that the server controls (agents pick up changes within about a minute):

Assign or change a type from the agent's row on the Agent Config page.
Unrecognized agents
Agents that register with an unknown or mismatched key land in the Unrecognized Agents queue on the same page for review — approve or remove them there.
